Samanyolu Televizyonu Belgesel Birimi tarafından hazırlanan "28 Şubat- Derin Darbe" belgeseli 10 yıl önce yaşanan askeri müdahale dönemini harika bir belgeselle ekrana taşıyor. Bundan tam 10 sene önce 28 Şubat 1997 günü, Milli Güvenlik Kurulu, olağan toplantılarından birini yapıyordu. Senenin en kısa ve en soğuk ayının en son günüydü. Hava oldukça gergindi. O günün sabahında gazeteler toplantıyla ilgili senaryoları manşetlerine taşımışlar, televizyonların canlı yayın araçları da Çankaya Köşkü'nün kapısını adeta muhasara etmişlerdi. Saat 13.10'da başlayan toplantı tam 8 saat 45 dakika sürmüş ve ancak gece yarısına doğru sona ermişti. Toplantının ardından 18 maddelik Milli Güvenlik Kurulu kararları basına açıklandı. Ve tarihe "28 Şubat süreci" olarak geçen askerî müdahale dönemi başladı. Demokrasi'nin rafa kalktığı, medyanın ve aydınların sınıfta kaldığı bir süreçte neler yaşandı? 28 Şubat sürecinin gerçek sahipleri kimlerdi? 28 Şubat'ı kimler niçin gerçekleştirmiş, sonra neden sahipsiz kalmıştı? Kimine göre bin yıl, kimine göre de ebediyete kadar devam edecekti. Ancak süreç 2001 kriziyle sona mı ermişti? Batı çalışma gurubu, Andıçlar, Emasya projesi... 28 Şubat'ta aslında neler oldu?
