Holding on to the Salafee Manhaj
By al-'Allaamah Rabee' Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee (سماحة الشيخ ربيع - حفظه الله) with Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz (سماحة الشيخ الإمام عبد العزيز بن باز - رحمه الله تعال)
A manhaj based discourse delivered in the Masjid of Imaam Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah) in the city of Taa'if, Saudi Arabia. This knowledge-filled lecture by the flag bearer of al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel is followed by commentary and praise from the late Imaam, 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah).

"...And the deen is complete, we do not need new, additional notes from you or me, groups or parties... Let us stay upon this salafee manhaj, it is the aided group, the Firqatun-Naajiyah (the saved sect), the Taa`ifatul-Mansoorah (the victorious group), it is Ahlul-Hadeeth (the people of Hadeeth). That which Ibn Taymiyyah and the likes where upon and it is what we are upon."
"If it wasn't for the obstacles that come in its way from the people of kufr and bid'ah, we would see this blessed da'wah shining across the Muslim world."
"Beware of division, whether it be fanatical bigotry or partisanship. For many of the youth do not hesitate to lie, hold fast to the rope of Allaah, this blessed Islaamic Salafee Da'wah."
"It is upon us to hold fast to the rope of Allaah and to stay far from separation... I ask Allaah to show us the truth in its reality and to show us falsehood and its realities... I ask Allaah to make us callers to the truth and may Allaah save us from the punishment of the evildoers."
Stated Imaam Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah), "The callers need to spread knowledge through any means, radio, books, lectures because the people are in need of knowledge and what our brother, Shaykh Rabee' has mentioned is correct, the da'wah of Shaykh Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul-Wahhaab.. The da'wah of Shaykh Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul-Wahhab is the Salafee da'wah, what the sahaabah were upon, the da'wah of Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibnul-Qayyim and others. He called the people to pure tawheed, from his magnificent books is Kitaabut-Tawheed and he propagated the books of Ibn Taymiyyah, he called to this da'wah and aided Islaam, uniting this peninsula upon correctness, uprightness and istiqaamah." |

Tausyiyah diakhiri dengan bacaan doa qunut yang dibacakan oleh al-Habib Ahmad ibn Hasan Almuhdhor (HafizakumuLlah).

Pope Benedict XVI setting up exorcism squads to fight rising
|
The Vaticans chief exorcist, Father Gabriele Amorth, has revealed that Pope Benedict XVI is setting up exorcism squads to deal with the rampant growth of Satanism.
He says that the decision in this regard has been taken in the wake of rising concerns among Church chiefs over growing worldwide interest in Satanism and the occult.
According to him, each Bishop will be provided with a group of priests who are experts in fighting demonic possession. Hundreds of priests will be trained as exorcists for the purpose, he says.
You have to hunt high and low for a proper trained exorcist. Thanks be to God that we have a Pope who has decided to fight the Devil head on, the Sun quoted him as telling Catholic website Petrus.
Pope Benedict XVI, who became leader of the Catholic Church in 2005, is said to be a firm believer in the existence of evil ever since he was in charge of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the oldest Vatican department that deals with promoting and safeguarding Roman Catholic beliefs.
Father Amorth says the Pope had asked all the exorcists to help fight evil powers during a meeting last year.
"I remember a meeting we exorcists had with the Holy Father last year, in which he implored us to follow our mission as exorcists," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.
Father Amorth has also revealed that the Pope is contemplating reinstating use of the prayer said to St Michael the Archangel, which was abolished in the 1960s, because it is believed to be the prime protector against evil.
The prayer is useful not only for priests but for lay people. For example if a lay person knows someone who is possessed and there is no exorcist available they can intervene by saying this prayer, commanding the demon to leave that person, he said. |
