| Chronic Future - I Think You Got Ahead of Me
|
"I Think You Got Ahead of Me" by Chronic Future
This is one of their best songs. I hope it will be on the next album.
*These are the lyrics as I can tell. If there are any mistakes in them please let me know.*
I think you got ahead of me you got ahead of me
walking back towards the sea and moving steadily
as far as the eye can see all is empty
no sign of anything resembling the living
so baby come home don't you leave me all alone
the knots you make ties you break life you take all adds up to nothing
nothing but
when you don't play by the rules
the days turn black and blue
i guess you got some things to do
i'll remember you
these are not the eyes of me
it's just a side of me
rising like the tide of sea
nothing more surprises me
slip away so quietly
I am ready walking down the side of me
please come cry with me
i think you got the best of me because the rest of me
has lost all feeling with no signs of healing
how can i just let it be when everything
isn't how it ought to be it's my autobiography
so when the wind blows will you hit that lonely road
and never look back at what might have come to pass so it became nothing
nothing cuz
when you don't play by the rules
the days turn black and blue
i guess you got some things to do
i'll remember you
I fell down from the top of the world
it's my farewell party
i'll sail off into the setting sun (hey now)
I fell down from the top of the world
and these words of parting
were written with love just for you
please don't think less of me
because the better me
that stands right next to me
waits for me to set it free
I am what i used to be
to confused to see
hasn't gotten used to me
Root, trunk, branch, leaf
that's the way it's supposed to go
I'm one my shoulder knows
asking them to hold the boat
this the fit we chose to throw
cold nights and lonely roads
I want you to know that you're the only one that makes this life so beautiful
say it like you mean it like you believe it
cuz i best believe in going with the season
i appreciate you telling me cuz i was wondering
why my ears are ringing from each and every evening
so off i go back to things i used to know
and when I look back the good and the bad times that we had all add up to something
something cuz
when you don't play by the rules
the days turn black and blue
i guess you got some things to do
i'll remember you
when you don't play by the rules
the days turn black and blue
i guess you got some things to do
i'll remember you |

| Suffering from Chronic Constipation?
|
. http://www.CaptainColon.com Embarrassing as it may be, we have all suffered from constipation at one time in our life or another. According to the National Health Interview Survey as many as 3 million Americans suffer from frequent if not chronic constipation. While constipation is not recognized as a degenerative disease or serious disorder, people who are constipated often feel bloated, uncomfortable and even sluggish. Constipation by itself is miserable enough, but sufferers often experience painful bowel movements that can become compounded by hemorrhoids that form due to straining.
Understanding Constipation
To understand constipation, it is important to understand how our digestive system works. When we eat, food is ground up in our stomachs so it can be digested. This 'liquid' food passes into the small intestine where nutrients are extracted. It then moves on to the colon, where water is removed, allowing a stool to form. If too much water is extracted from the stool as it passes through the colon, it can become hard and difficult to pass leaving you constipated. Why People Get Constipated, There are a number of reasons why people get constipated. These include not eating enough dietary fiber, over-eating, not drinking enough liquids (water), lack of exercise, ignoring the 'urge' to have a bowel movement and plain old stress. Other causes can include having a lazy colon that does not contract properly, causing waste materials to pass through the colon slowly, food allergies that can cause the colon to contract, or mechanical obstructions that inhibit the movement of waste materials. Many prescription drugs and certain neurological disorders can also slow down the movement of waste materials through the colon. Constipation can also be brought on by an abuse of laxatives that over time can damage the nerve cells in the colon and interfere with its ability to contract properly. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to relieve chronic constipation naturally. Constipation Prevention and Treatment.
Consume a high fiber diet made up of lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If that is not possible, incorporate a dietary fiber supplement such as psyllium hulls, Dietary fiber holds water and help to keep the stool soft, while added bulk help to move the stool through the colon. If other fiber supplements fail in your attempt to become regular, try taking Chitosan (a form of dietary fiber) along with vitamin C. The chitosan binds to fats from the foods we eat making the stool soft and smooth. The vitamin C helps to activate the chitosan in the stomach. Drink plenty of water, especially if you are taking supplemental fiber. Try eating a few dried prunes or drinking some prune juice. In addition to adding fiber, prunes have a mild laxative effect. Avoid sugar and other processed foods.Begin a regular exercise program to help promote normal bowel movements. If you think allergies are the cause of your constipation, try an elimination diet to help you to identify what may be triggering your body and causing your colon to contract. Meditate, do yoga, go for a walk. Do things that will allow you to reduce your stress levels and help your body to relax. This can help relax your colon. Get a colonic to flush out any old fecal matter that may be trapped within the colon or try a colon cleanse. Take a good probiotic such as acidopholis or bifidophilus to help promote a healthy environment within the colon. Peppermint (3910-9) has a long history of helping relax the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. Supplementation with magnesium and large doses of vitamin C, have a mild laxative effect on the body. If all else fails, herbs such as casgara segrada, turkey rhubarb or herbal combinations such as Natures Sunshine's LBS II and LB-X can be used to evacuate the colon. While these should be used with caution, they are less aggressive than many commercial laxatives that are available at the supermarket. You can also take a vacation in Maui, Hawaii and come see kihei, haiku, Wailuku and visit us at our clinic. http://www.CaptainColon.com or http://www.VolcanoHealing.com |

| Chronic Medical Cannabis Use by U.S. Legal Patients, Part 3
|
Before giving results of the "Missoula Study" of four legal medical marijuana patients, Dr. Ethan Russo first examines the medicine itself - "marijuana cigarettes" from Sativa genetics; grown at the Univ. of Mississippi; freeze-dried and rolled at in NC; full of broad leaf, stems and seeds.
Then the govenment/pharmaceutical alternative - dronabinol (synthetic THC marketed as Marinol(tm). Largely ineffective, patients also complain about getting uncomfortably high, as conversion by the liver boosts the psychoactive levels of THC.
Finally, Dr. Russo gives the conclusions of the I.N.D. patient study:
1. Cannabis smoking, even of a crude, low-grade product, provides effective symptomatic relief of pain, muscle spasms and intraocular pressure...
2...Cannabis patients are able to reduce or eliminate other prescription medicines and their accompanying side-effects.
3. Clinical Cannabis provides an improved quality of life...
4. Side effect profile of N.I.D.A. Cannabis in chronic usage suggests some mild pulminary risk.
5. No malignant deteriation has been observed.
6...no neuropsychological or neurological deteriation has been observed.
7. No endocrine, hematological, immunological sequelae have been observed.
Recommendations:
1. Improvements in U.S. clinical Cannabis...sterilized, potent, organically-grown unfertilized female flower tops...
2..."Compassionate I.N.D." should be reopened and extended...
3...laws amended to provide clinical Cannabis to suitable candidates.
* Editer's note: Due to time constraint, Ethan's wrap-up is not on this video - includes: gov't anti-Cannabis propaganda; vaporization of Cannabis; the whole-plant extract, Sativex; and Richard Nixon's musings on marijuana activists.

| What Advanced Chronic Fluoride Poisoning Looks Like
|
*Update, January 12, 2008:
After avoiding fluoridated water, cookware and toothpaste my health is much better now, thank God. When I'm exposed to fluoride my symptoms quickly begin again. If you or a loved one have a serious illness, try being fluoride-free for a while and you might feel better.
I have learned a lot about why we are being given poisons like fluoride and started a new blog:
Red Pill Reich
http://redpillreich.blogspot.com/
Below is the original intro.
Peace, OliviaHadassah
They are INTENTIONALLY POISONING the food, water and prescription drugs with NERVE GAS = fluoride.
HITLER and the Russian Army were the first ones to put fluoride in tap water because it makes a person unable to resist domination.
There is NO BENEFIT to human consumption of fluoride. Even the smallest amount causes brain and nerve damage.
Fluoride is commonly used as a pesticide, roach and rat killer, and chemical nerve gas, meaning FLUORIDE KILLS and is used by the government to kill enemies at war.
Fluoride is also anesthesia, meaning the government is slowly anesthetizing you through your food and water. The #1 cause of death from surgery, more than any other complication, is anesthesia.
As a US nurse who is now fighting for her life due to lifelong fluoride poisoning, I can tell you we have been brainwashed to believe it is safe and beneficial for the prevention of cavities. Fluoride is actually the #1 cause of tooth loss.
I recently discovered that the diseases I was diagnosed with, as well as many others, are not diseases at all - they are CHEMICAL FLUORIDE POISONING and millions of people are unknowingly dying because of this.
VISIT MY BLOG for links that expose research that proves fluoride is 100% unsafe, find out if your prescription drugs contain fluoride, and see if your "disease" or "symptoms" are actually caused by fluoride poisoning.
Fluoride accumulates in the body over time, so you may not look like I do in this video, but after 20 years it's possible you will if you don't take steps to eliminate it from your diet and remove it from your body.
Now that I recognize the symptoms of fluoride poisoning, I realize I unknowingly killed my patients by giving them common drugs containing fluoride - a deadly chemical that has no positive effects when consumed by humans - and watched them slowly die of fluoride poisoning, believing they were dying of a disease.
This is happening EVERY DAY and doctors and nurses are intentionally left completely unaware of this information.
Fluoride causes multiple hormonal imbalances and induces early puberty, depression and ADD/ADHD.
Fluoride was used by the medical profession at one point to suppress the thyroid gland. If fluoride suppresses the thyroid, why is it being put in your drinking water?
Why are you brushing your teeth with something that has a warning label to contact poison control if swallowed (in the US)? It's easily absorbed through the soft tissues of your mouth, even if you avoid swallowing your toothpaste.
And why don't your fluoride-containing water and foods have the same warning label to contact poison control if swallowed?!
When people go to the doctor with symptoms produced by fluoride poisoning, the drugs they're given further poison the body, causing them to show new "symptoms."
We are taught to see these as symptoms of "disease" when they are actually symptoms caused by poisoning the patient.
In turn they are given MORE drugs containing fluoride, and therefore their condition deteriorates.
Ultimately we KILL the patient, believing they died of a "disease," when they were actually killed by fluoride poisoning, as well as an accumulation of other deadly chemicals found in prescription drugs that ARE NOT SAFE for human consumption.
This is a DEADLY SCAM that generates business for the medical industry and pharmaceutical companies.
If the government loves you, why are they putting nerve gas in the water/food/toothpaste/prescription drugs?

| Far Away - A Tribute 2 Chronic
|
The best that 420 culture has to offer!!
http://theguys.dontexist.com
The goal of this video is to make us think and feel for the true origin of 420 culture. Everyone who tokes has a unique situation, and story. There's no such thing as a simple "pot head" anymore - the fine line between fuel for thought, creativity, and the motivation to express ourselves is being blurred daily.
420 culture is made up of people from all walks of life - the only thing many of them have in common is the CHRONIC - it takes all kinds!
This video represents a unique surreal abstraction found nowhere else. There is a synchronous beauty in the matching of this particular piece of music and our simple vision - all encompassing the smallest bit from the cerebral, evocative visual poetry that we've set to this song and lyrics.
A profound masterwork! Its uniqueness and diversity may provide you with an important social perspective. CHRONIC is a part of our lives, and our culture!
This is our first music video! We did NOT write or perform the music (rare track, simply credited as "far away, by team sleep"). Judging by the response we've had locally in Montreal, this video is the next big internet download for 420 culture!! We hope to facilitate an appreciation of this video by disseminating via bittorrent - we want to expand the awareness of the state of 420 culture!
