You may remember Beet Brownies from my second episode....Back when I joined YouTube!
(oh so long ago!)
However, did you know I used to do everything in "Threes"?
I have three takes of everything, so in this remix, it's like watching a brand new cooking show!
The original episode was episode 2, and it was over a half hour long!
I wanted to see what happened when I went back in time with what I knew today with editing! I'm really pleased with being able to save some footage that I thought was gone because of camera mess ups... I didn't have the best of cameras back then...
I hope you like seeing a blast from the past....with some new stuff too!

Chocolate brownies and cakes are the kind of thing anyone on a health kick passes up, but not anymore thanks to the humble beet. Today, Healthy Helpings TV's host Michelle Koen shows how to make a scrumptious and decadent-tasting chocolate brownie that is far healthier (and tastier) than a box mix!
These brownies have 25% less calories, 15% less fat and 30% of the sugar (!) found in a regular brownie and thanks to the beet and whole wheat flour, almost 3 times the amount of fiber! That's all very well, but how do the taste? These babies are soft and delicate to the mouth and have seriously rich, earthy, dark chocolate taste. Move over red velvet cake, there's a new tempting dessert flavor in town! |

Exzessiv - 21 - Back Dat - Haschöl Brownies
|
Jetzt in der Vorweihnachtszeit ist natürlich überall der Backwahn ausgebrochen. Passend dazu präsentieren Püppi Hanfstrumpf und Johann euch diese Woche ein tolles Rezept, nämlich Haschöl-Brownies vom allerfeinsten! Natürlich kann man auch andere Substanzen verbacken, der Geschmack mit öl ist aber unvergleichbar!
Das Rezept:
HASCHBROWNIES
Empfohlene Haschischmenge 3 g, ergibt 30 Stück; pro Brownie ca. 0,1 g
Hierfür benötigt ihr ein 36x30 cm gro?es Backblech.
250 g Butter,
200 g Honig, 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
4 Eier, 2 Prisen Salz, etwas Zimt
150 g Mehl, 2 TL Backpulver
100 g flüssige Zartbitter Schokolade
150 g gehackte Walnüsse oder gehackte Mandeln
3 g Haschisch
Für den Guß: 150 g Schokoladenglasur
Zum Garnieren: Walnusshälften oder halbierte Mandeln.
Das Haschisch erwärmen, zerbröseln und in 50 g Butter auflösen. Durch das verkneten mit der restlichen Butter herunterkühlen und mit dem Honig, Eiern, und den Gewürzen verrühren. Nach und nach die flüssige lauwarme Schokolade hinzu.
Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver und den Walnüssen/Mandeln vermischen und ebenfalls unterrühren.
Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech streichen. Im kalten Backofen bei 200?C auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 25 Minuten backen.
Glasur schmelzen und das kalte Gebäck mit dem Schokoladenguss überziehen.
Anschliessend in 6 x 5 cm grosse Stücke einteilen und jeweils mit einer halben Walnuss/Mandel belegen. |
