Ein sehr schönes Paradebeispiel, wie Thomas G. Hornauer sich gegenüber seinen Anrufer/innen verhält. Martina hat eine konkrete Frage. Doch anstatt den Versuch zu unternehmen, ihr zuzuhören oder gar auf das gesagte wirklich einzugehen, kommt Hornauer nach wenigen Sätzen immer wieder auf seine Lieblingsthemen: sich selbst und das Geschäft.
Er lässt sich auch nicht beirren, als ihn die Anruferin darauf hinweist, dass es nicht um ihn geht, sondern um sie.
Am Ende hat er dann keinen Bock mehr.
Zur Erinnerung: ein Anruf bei Kanal Telemedial kostet 2€ die Minute.
